5inches, SHORTER, and up

Hair... Yeah, it feels good to have this now, a month ago it was a torture in the freezing tempurtures, no hat could hide my neck like my hair use to do. Scarves work but at times I forget.

view the other 5 entries or so it's got such a ...i don't even know it's got a good vibe that i'm loving. I'm a gushing kid when i see ancient-esque jewelery, when i was kid well even now I love gypsies! Their many jewels and small details were part of  the reason for me being into little details and adding such things as earrings, necklaces. I've yet to make a gypsy sculpture but I feel I'm waiting for something. Or not? I've got ideas that need to be finished so this can be held off for awhile.

The answer to my prayers!

Not that I'm an avid prayer or anything but this winter i've been stealing my brothers shirts and buying tops similar or from the men's sections.  Then i saw this image on Fashion.Grunge.Style. and Wahla!(is that how it's spelt? it's 2:30ams so any word looks good at this hour)

A friggin' belt, a nice belt, one that has the hues of a horses fur with that gentle golden antique touch! You know when you have two things and there's this gap between the two that subconsciously you know a missing piece is out there. well that's what just happened to me! Also i'm a lover of heather gray anything!

Old work

Thought today would be a good day to show some of my old sculptures, while I work on a project/
i killed my camera weeks ago so no work in progresses for awhile :/

I picked so more intimate photos that I took of my sculptures, doing an over view would have lost some of that.
Top piece is made of pink sculpey with thin layers of premo clay to get a humanly feel.
The lioness was a mixture super sculpey and some white premo clay the mouth was glazed over to give it that sheen of moisture in the mouth.
This baby still hasn't been baked, and it's purpose alludes me, had some ideas but those feel apart when I turned to something else.

Loves Today

I'm back from an art camp that lasted a whole month! I miss it but once this sleep deprivation stops I'll get back on it or maybe i'll use it as inspiration...hmm I've got so many ideas it's madness. "I try to run but I'm not that fast" Kid Cudi day and night. Seemed to fit.

When fall/winter arrives I want a lush soft white sweater with bear claws that can hang from my neck or my H&M feather earrings, that might be too much. We'll see depending on the style of this future sweater.

The last photo had this haunting yet intimate feel to it, just the position of the body and the calm hair  gave off this feral feel. Its something I love seeing in my own hair; a sheen that's smooth, wavy and a small amount of frizz. Also when my tips are thin and gradually get bigger(not too big! eeck) is something I love!

sit on the SOFA

SOFA is nearing!@!! April 16th to the 19th! Oh it's the International Expositions of Sculpture Objects and Functional art. It's amazing to see all the wonderful art no I mean wildly amazing a must see before you die. It is also goes to Santa Fe and Chicago! 

my favorite artist that I saw last year had a quaint little area because her sculptures were small but they spoke volumes to me. They were charming to say the least :)  Her name is Kyoko Okubo.

tomorrow I'll post some puppy photos since I've lost track of time since being on break!
